This Privacy Policy describes how Ironclad Wrestling, LLC, operating as Ironclad Methods (“Ironclad Methods,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ironcladmethods.com, our member portal at access.ironcladmethods.com, and our related pages (together, the “Site”).
When you sign up, purchase a membership, or fill out a form, we collect information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your role (coach, athlete, or parent), state, school/team/club name, and — for athletes under 18 — a parent or guardian’s name and contact information. When you purchase, our payment processor collects your payment card details; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect standard technical information automatically (pages visited, device and browser type, referring links) through cookies and similar tools.
We use your information to deliver the training content you signed up for, manage your membership and billing, respond to your questions, send you emails and text messages related to your account and training (see SMS terms below), and improve the Site. We use analytics and advertising tools — including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — which set cookies to help us understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through your ad platform settings.
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text messages about your account, training resources, and offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Our Site and memberships are designed to be purchased and managed by adults — coaches and parents. We do not knowingly sell memberships directly to children under 13 or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Where a minor athlete uses training content, the account relationship is with the parent, guardian, coach, or program. If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the business run: our payment processor (Stripe), our customer-relationship and website platform, our email and SMS delivery providers, and analytics/advertising platforms as described above — each only for the purpose of providing their service. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will honor deletion requests except where we need records for billing, legal, or tax purposes.
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then for the period required for legal and accounting records. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
