These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ironcladmethods.com, access.ironcladmethods.com, and the Ironclad Methods training memberships (the “Service”), operated by Ironclad Wrestling, LLC, operating as Ironclad Methods (“Ironclad Methods,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing a membership or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Prices are stated on the Site at the time of purchase. We may change prices for new purchases; changes never apply retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. We honor cancellations effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not bill again after cancellation.
Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong — a billing error, a double charge, or a problem on our end — contact us and we will make it right.
Keep your login credentials private and do not share your account. A membership is for one individual (or, for team packages, for the roster and staff named in the team agreement). We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold, or used to redistribute content.
All training content on the Service — videos, playbooks, cards, documents, systems, and the frameworks they teach — is owned by Ironclad Methods and protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the content for your own training or coaching while your membership is active. You may not download-and-redistribute, resell, publicly repost, or share the content outside your membership. Coaches may use the concepts with their own athletes; that’s what it’s for.
Wrestling and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. The Service provides educational content only; it is not medical, health, or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified in-person coaching and supervision. Consult a physician before beginning any training program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of the training content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Testimonials on the Site reflect real experiences of real coaches, athletes, and parents. Results vary; nothing on the Site is a promise of a particular competitive outcome.
Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse-engineering, interfering with the Site, or using it for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms (including account sharing or content redistribution). If we terminate without cause during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
